Here at Modern Esthetics Laser Clinic in Concord, we believe that being consistent with your skincare routine is important. In addition, if you don’t have one yet that you should start. In addition, adding face masks into your skincare routine is also important in order to maintain your skin and keep it rejuvenated. The great thing about face masks is that they are easy to apply, and they leave your skin feeling silky and smooth. But we don’t just recommend any face masks. There are some effective face masks that we recommend to our clients and that you can also purchase directly from us at our clinic.
PCA Purifying Face Mask
This at-home clay-based treatment mask exfoliates, detoxifies, and eliminates impurities, leaving your skin looking and feeling smooth, clear, and bright. It is a well-balanced botanical mix to stimulate a clear skin tone. Instructions for this mask are to apply a thin, even layer over the entire face (the neck and chest also suggested). You will then leave it on for three to five minutes. Then you will take the mask off with warm water and use soothing circular motions to initiate pumice for enhanced exfoliation. Then you will pat dry your face and follow with an appropriate PCA SKIN® moisturizer in the evening. It is recommended to use the mask once a week or as required. Best of all 89% of respondents would recommend a mask to a friend. As well, this clay-based mask eliminates the build-up of impurities in pores. Lastly, it contains micro-fine pumice to lightly exfoliate built-up surface debris
Glymed
The Ultra-Hydrating Enzyme Masque exfoliates and purifies skin as it enhances cell renewal. Filled with hydrating botanicals and antioxidants, this refreshing masque immediately moisturizes and tightens dry and dehydrated skin. It is recommended for normal, dry, sensitive, and combination oily skin. It is advised to apply the masque after cleansing to the face and allow it to sit for 10-15 minutes and then remove with lukewarm water. We recommend using it 2-3 times a week. Some of the main advantages of this masque are that it improves hydration, reduces dull and uneven texture and it caters to concerns such as wrinkles, fine lines, dryness and treats pores and skin complexion. Some of the key ingredients in this masque are:
- Papain
- Bromelain
- Calendula

- Lavender
- Lemongrass
Dermapure Hydro Peptide Intense Soothing Mask
Dermalpure’s Hydro Peptide Facial Mask Series comprises of an Intensive Soothing and an Intensive Revitalizing Mask. Their serum was created with top quality ingredients to fix damaged collagen and additionally hydrate and moisturize the skin. This will enhance the firmness and elasticity of the skin. Dermalpure’s Hydro Peptide Intensive Soothing Mask is excellent for cooling and moisturizing your skin after certain skincare treatments such as Laser, RF, Facial Peel, Microdermabrasion, and Dermal Roller treatment. Dermalpure’s Hydro Peptide Intensive Revitalizing Mask is created with stabilized Nano Vitamin C in the manner of liposome which improves saturation in the skin as its composition is similar to our skin cells. It hydrates the skin and makes it appear visibly brighter. Brightening the skin is a very common aspect that people want to achieve with their skin. With regular use of either one of Dermalpure’s masks, your skin collagen damage from the sun and aging will be restored. It also supports deep hydration by providing you with the look of younger, tighter, and brighter skin.
Some of the ingredients in the serum in this mask are:
Coenzyme Q10: Retains antioxidant elements and has been recommended for decelerating the maturing development and shielding the skin alongside oxidative damage by free radicals. Creams and serums containing CoQ10 are known to avert skin wrinkles and overturn photo-damage produced by UV ray exposure.
Placental Protein: This ingredient is packed with nutrients, amino acids, and growth factors. Placental Protein is a lot more than just skin-whitening. It promotes skin cell renewal to rejuvenate the skin. It also noticeably diminishes and combats the unpleasant signs of skin ageing such as wrinkles and fine lines. Dermalpure evidently utilizes lab-engineered, synthetic proteins.
Vitamin C Derivative: It offers fast remedying of wounds and damage produced by diseases linked with old age. The only nutrient that triggers our bodies to generate and produce collagen is Vitamin C.
