A one-time E-transfer fee of $40.00 is required for all NEW clients at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Clinic Policy All booked appointments will receive a confirmation by phone/text/or email within 24-48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If we do not hear back within 24 hours to confirm your appointment, Mederm Esthetics & Laser Clinic has the right to cancel your appointment.

Return/ Refund Policy

PRODUCTS:

We do NOT offer refunds on any opened, unsealed, or used skin care product or merchandise. An exchange or in-store credit will be issued within 14 days of purchase. Clinic Policy If products were purchased through the online portal, then Mederm Esthetics & Laser needs to adhere to Alumier’s online Return Policy.

SERVICES:
Once a client has purchased and has begun using a treatment package, we do not offer refunds. However, if you have pre-purchased a single service and are unable to continue with the treatment, you may transfer the pre-purchased service to any other service that we offer.
