- Avoid prolonged sun exposure and tanning beds for at least two weeks before the treatment.
- Avoid Accutane 6 months prior to treatments.
- Disclose any existing medical conditions, allergies, or medications during the consultation.
- Follow a healthy balanced diet with an emphasis on nutrient-rich foods to support overall health.
- If possible, avoid blood-thinning medications, topical prescription creams or supplements for 2 weeks, unless otherwise directed by your healthcare provider.
- Have a clear understanding of realistic expectations for the body contouring procedure.
- EMS Prosculpt 360, and IceTite Criostim treatment can NOT be performed if you have the following: pacemaker, metallic implant, diabetes, cancer, medical condition delaying healing process, cardiovascular disease, pregnancy, epilepsy, heart disorders, skin tumors or skin cancer.
After your appointment
- Adhere to all post-care instructions provided by your body contouring specialist.
- Wear any recommended compression garments as instructed to support the healing process and optimize results.
- Continue to drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins and support the body's recovery.
- Maintain a nutritious diet to promote overall well-being and aid in the healing process.
- Body Contouring Treatment Continue to minimize smoking and alcohol consumption to support optimal healing.
- Attend any scheduled follow-up appointments with your specialist to monitor progress and address any concerns.
- Staying fit and active will improve weight loss and results.
- Understand that results may take time to fully manifest and be patient with the healing process.
- Home care products are highly suggested to yield overall great results.
